Andrea T. Williams Ph.D. President Dr. Williams has an extensive background in education, both k-12 and college level. In addition she has worked for several firms in sales and marketing. Her experience includes serving as national sales leader as well as national sales director. She has been a lecturer and presenter in many state and national conferences. Dr. Williams founded help2lead.com in 2003 Since then the company has grown to a staff of 17 Project Coordinators.
Beth Perry Ph.D. Vice President of Sales Dr. Perry joined the company in 2005 after completing an impressive 16 years as a National Sales Representative and VP of Marketing in 3 firms. She is the author of several white papers at the request of clients in the United States and Europe.
Bryce Addisson Ed.D. Vice President Research & Development Dr. Addisson has been with help2lead.com since it was founded in 2003. His leadership research is being used in many organizations for the continued improvement in internal communications and team building. Dr. Addisson continues to create tools and resources with our member support teams for use by members and clients.
Doreen Lewis Ph.D. Vice President of Training Development Dr. Lewis joined our company in May, 2008. She was VP of Training and a National Consultant for Amhurst Training Consultants for twelve years, and served as a Training Supervisor for the Western Division of PLIN ASSOCIATES for six years. She received her undergarduate degree in Communications at Duquesne University and her graduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh.
Mark Krczinski. Director of Project Coordinators Mr. Krczinski joined our company in December, 2006 as a Project Coordinator. Prior to joining our company, he was an associate professor at Penn State and Mercy Colleges. Mark received his undergarduate degree in Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh.
